Returns

For returnable items, requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and items must be returned in new, unused condition; buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non‑refundable. Because our planners are personalized and made to order, they are not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or an error occurred on WG’s end.
