Shipping FAQs

Q: How is my order shipped?
A: We ship all orders through USPS and/or FedEx and offer both First Class and Priority Mail options. Please remember that estimated shipping times refer only to transit time and do not include current production times.

Q: I entered the wrong address at checkout, and my order was returned to you. What do I do?
A: Please double-check all address information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. Any returned packages will require an additional shipping fee to be resent. 

If a planner or sticker order is returned, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the shipping error. Reshipping requires payment of a new shipping fee. If reshipping is declined or no response is received within 14 days, the order will be considered abandoned. In this case, the product cost will be refunded less original shipping fees, which are non-refundable.

Q: My tracking information isn't updating. Can you help?
A: Tracking can sometimes be delayed or inaccurate. We see the same tracking information you do, and occasionally packages arrive without tracking ever updating. We recommend giving it a little extra time for scans to appear.

 

International Orders:

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Willow Grace currently ships within the United States and Canada.

Q: How long does shipping to Canada take?
A: Canadian orders usually arrive within 2–4 weeks. However, delivery times may vary greatly due to customs processing.

Q: Are customs or import fees included?
A: No, customs and import fees are determined by Canada and are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Are international orders returnable?
A: All international orders, including those shipped to Canada, are final sale.
