Returns & Cancellations
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and must arrive in new, unused condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you need to request a return, please contact us first.
Please note: all made-to-order items — including Signature Collection planners — are not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or an error occurred on WG’s end. We do not accept returns for international orders on any product. All sales are final on discontinued/retiring products.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes — I’m happy to cancel your order as long as production hasn’t begun. Because many items (especially our Signature collection) are made to order, I often start working on them quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
