Returns & Cancellations

Q: What is your return/cancellation policy?
A: For returnable items, requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and items must be returned in new, unused condition; buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Because our planners are personalized and made to order, they are not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or an error occurred on WG’s end.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us right away. As long as we have not begun production on your items, we are happy to cancel and fully refund your order.
